I bring 20+ years of distinguished experience in results-oriented and gender transformative monitoring, evaluation, and social inclusion and gender mainstreaming across more than 230 development initiatives spanning East and West Africa, South and East Europe, and South Asia.
As a former local NGO and know-how expert, civil servant and UN staff, I am a member of multiple UN rosters, including UN Secretariat Senior Civil Affairs Officer (P5), DPKO Peace and Development Advisor (P4), and UNDP M&E Specialist (P4), WPS and Gender Mainstreaming Expert (P4).
I have successfully managed portfolios ranging from 1 to 22,6M EUR with complex budgets around sensitive topics. I have led diverse ability teams to design, implement and report on the World Bank, UN RCO, UN Women, UN Trust Fund to EVAWG, PBF, UNDP, European Union, USAID, USIP, DOS, Governments and International and local non-proft organizaitons projects designed to make an impact on local communities, security and civil sectors.
I have led evaluations and assessed project proposals and concept notes providing funding recommendations to various governments and UN clients.. I have assessed and designed M&E and Learning and Knowledge Management systems and strategies with participation of diverse teams, comprised of UN staff, civil servants, media, academia and CSO representatives.

Certification and Languages
Recognized for her ability to motivate teams for innovation and delivery of results in the world's most challenging contexts, I combin academic rigor (Master's degrees in Security Studies and Humanitarian Affairs with focus on equality and measurement of results and Women and Gender Studies Certificate) with practical implementation experience from Serbia's post-conflict reconstruction to Ukraine's rapid economic and infrastructure recovery and South Sudan people driven and gender sensitive consitution making evaluation.
As an ILO Gender Responsive Budgeting Alumny and certified Participatory Gender Audit facilitator, I seamlessly integrate intersectional analysis and cultural competency into project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation practices.
Fluent in English (Sworn in Court and Scientific Interpreter Diploma, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English - CPE) and native in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian/ Montenegrin, with intermediate knowledge in French, I bring deep cultural sensitivity and proven methodological innovation to showcase every development result and ease decision-making for results and policies that transform lives.
