Milica brings 20+ years of distinguished experience in results oriented and transformative monitoring, evaluation, and gender mainstreaming across more than 230 development initiatives spanning West Africa (8 years in Liberia), South and East Europe, and South Asia.
As a member of multiple UN rosters including Senior Civil Affairs Officer (P5), Peace and Development Advisor (P4), M&E Specialist (P3), and Gender Equality Expert (P4), I have successfully managed 1-22,6M EUR portfolios with complex budgets around sensitive topics and lead diverse ability teams to design, implement and report on the World Bank, UN RCO, UN Women, PBF, UNDP, European Union, Governments and INGOs projects.
I have led evaluations and project assessments (funding recommendations) for various governments and UN clients., assessed and designed M&E and Learning and Knowledge Managment systems and strategies with participation of diverse teams: comprised of UN staff, civil servants, and CSO representatives.

Recognized for her ability to motivate teams for innovation and delivery of results in the world's most challenging contexts, Milica combines academic rigor (Master's degrees in Security Studies and Humanitarian Affairs with focus on equality and measurement of results and Women and Gender Studies Certificate) with practical implementation experience from Serbia's post-conflict reconstruction to Ukraine's rapid economic and infrastructure recovery evaluation.
As an ILO Gender Responsive Budgeting alumni and certified Participatory Gender Audit facilitator, she seamlessly integrates intersectional analysis and cultural competency into project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation practices.
Fluent in English (Sworn in Court and Scientific Interpreter Diploma, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English) and native in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, with intermediate knowledge in French (ongoing bcs of my French part of the family), I bring deep cultural sensitivity and proven methodological innovation to showcase every development result and ease decision-making for results and policies that transform lives.
